Soreness is GONE, plus

I worked out again Friday pm.  No body in the gym, ’cause it’s Friday!  The soreness from Tuesday’s first workout  is now GONE.  Very happy about that. 

And I feel better.  I have more energy and am walking faster through the grocery, etc.  All good.  Strict Atkins plus weights and cardio equals good stuff for me.
